ISLB2025 Travel Award Application

The International Society of Liquid Biopsy (ISLB) is pleased to announce the 2025 Travel Grant Awards. ISLB 2025 will be awarding (5) Travel Awards featuring $500 USD as well as Full Complimentary Registration for delegates with financial need to travel to and attend the 2025 congress in Orlando, FL, USA. Only one (1) application is permitted per applicant.

Application Criteria:

• Applicants must be under the age of 40 at the opening date of the Congress, 1 November 2025.
• Applicants must be technicians, allied health professionals, or students.
• Applicants must be ISLB Members (become a member here: https://islb.info/be-a-member/).
• Applicants must have a valid registration paid in full for the congress by the registration deadline 10 October 2025.
• Applicants must submit a copy of their passport or other proof of age document.
• Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from the head of their department with their application on official institutional letterhead.
• Applicants must submit an abstract as first author for ISLB 2025.

Important Notes:

• Application Deadline: October 10th, 2025
• Travel Scholarships will be awarded and paid via bank transfer after the Congress, subject to participation at the Congress.
